Ive earned my rewards and would like to receive them

I used to get my xbox live rewards deposited every time I made a request or every time I reached the max points. For approximately 6 months, I have not received any and cannot request them. My rewards account keeps saying I have to update my information
in order to get a deposit. I have updated the account many times and I have been billed for many different services from the same account, etc. I would like my rewards deposited immediately. I have been a loyal customer for a long time and use a lot of xbox
products including ones I will be registering for Christmas this year. Please give me my points. I have called everywhere and I cannot get any help at all. I cannot continue to buy microsoft if the rewards are going to be withheld.

I havent recieved my rewards.

Ive had xbox love rewards for a long time now. I am supposed to have 630 points ive earned added to my account.. I havent recieved one point from any of the rewards.

MyVIP Gems Issue. Looking for help. Please assist.

Hello, I had received 500 MyVIP Gems reward from my points in January 2018 and did not get any notification that they expired and never received any emails of this reward being earned or would expire and lost these 500 MyVIP Gems that I never got to use
but rightfully earned. I am requesting to receive these back to my account in order to get a reward. Can someone please kindly assist?

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Achievements only earn credits if there is a specific offer for them. There currently are no offers to receive credits for earning them. Generally if there
is, the offer involves purchasing a specific type of game and earning a set number of achievements in that game.

Hi, note that unfortunately, you would have had to sign up for the rewards program in order to have received the rewards points at the time, and cannot receive them retroactively.

Additionally, Xbox Live Rewards has now merged into Microsoft Rewards. I'd definitely recommend checking it out- you can earn points for specific tasks and use those points to get prizes like gift certificates and Xbox Live Gold

Ye so my guess is, had you earned those 20 ms points in september or before some cut off, then you would have received 100 points, but because you earned them in october which is too late, you will receive them (and whatever you earn this month before this
months cut off date) next month. So you should receive 100 points next month if you earn no more.

There currently aren't any offers to receive rewards points for those types of games. You would need to check the Rewards program site/app to see what you can earn points for.
