I've earned 10k+ credits long before the 15th came around, and I still don't have them.

So me and my buddy turned our gems into reward credits long before the first deposit date (I think he had about 10K and I had around 13K not sure if the amount matters but I'll leave it here anyway) I converted and got my credits before he did but I am still
waiting for them to be turned into currency to spend in the store. My buddy had gotten his first thing in the morning on the 15th while I'm still waiting on mine. will my credits convert on the 30th, or am I out of luck and just wasted time and efffort with
Xbox Rewards?

I have accumulated about 10k rewards credits on my account and have been waiting for them to be converted to dollars and deposited but that hasn't happened, I've had them for well over a week and the 30th of last month came and went and I still don't have
the deposited credits, so I was wondering when exactly that would be done

 

Rewards cash not depositing

There were deposits scheduled for both. Credits earned before June 1st would have been scheduled to deposit around the 15th. Credits earned after the 1st would be scheduled to deposit at the end of the month.

 

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month which is scheduled for the 29th this month. If you get to
5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

 

I can see what you're saying and I appreciate you explaining this to me, I had gotten confused as me and my buddy hit our 5k minimum at the same time and he ended up getting paid on the 15th.
