I've completed the achievement but it won't unlock

Hi I'm having a problem with an achievement i should have but it won't unlock on Minecraft called The End for proof I should have it I have an achievement called The End Again and to get that the achievement that I mentioned first must be unlocked. It's
been 72 hours since I should have gotten it.

Achievements not unlocking or Tracking

I'm having the same issue, except with the "It's a trap" achievement on Titanfall for XBox One. I've completed it multiple times and it shows as completed but it won't unlock. I haven't had issues with other achievements not unlocking, just this one. I've
tried hard resetting my console, unplugging it for a few minutes, recovering my gamertag on another console and meeting the achievement requirements again and the achievement still won't unlock. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

"Personal Vendetta" Assassin's Creed is not unlocking

I've completed the requirements for the achievement multiple times, with multiple discs, on multiple consoles and it won't unlock. Please help.

To add to this madness, sometimes achievements will show up as unlocked on Xbox Smartglass, but they won't pop on the console (even if online). I've had this happen a few times, where I've done what the achievement requires, but it won't actually unlocked
for a couple days.

I have achievements at 100% and STILL won't unlock, more than a week later. The achievements app is completely *** right now.

You aren't the only person having issues with achievements not unlocking once being completed. There is another thread about this, and so far, support staff have been hush about the issue.

I'm currently dealing with 6 achievements being completed, but won't unlock.
