I've come across a bug regarding the new saints row game removing audio from xbox.

I have the same problem here. I'll try to talk to media markt. It's my local tech shop.

Hello i also have this problem with saints row and its nothing to do with quick resume. I cant have this game installed on my series x as it causes an audio bug with every single game everytime i turn on the console and the only way i can fix it is by uninstalling the game im not at all happy about this please fix it!

I am having a similar issue except I am unable to use any control when I play Saints Row other than running and driving. I have tried all reset methods with no success. Anything other suggestions before I request a refund?

I been recently been playing the new Saints Row game that came out recently, and I've come across a bug that affects the sound on my xbox one series x. Yesterday, after playing Saints Row for a little bit, I quickly noticed that no sound was being produced at all. Luckily, the problem was solved by turning the power off for a little bit, but earlier, I noticed I a similar problem. This time it was affecting only my games, including Saints row itself of course but I've tried everything that I could think of to resolve it even looking at other forms for solutions but nothing I haven't tried before. Is there anything else I could try that might work to fix this issue?

The Xbox Series X will sometimes glitch out and provide no in-game audio when using "Quick Resume". I have experience with these issues. Also, do mind that the new Saints Row game is currently in the Beta phase. If this ever happens to another game, try closing the game and reopening it, or make sure there are no outstanding updates as well.

if all those fail, there are two ways to fix it.

1. (suggest doing first) A Hard Reset, which is unplugging your Xbox Series X from the power source, waiting 60 seconds, then plugging it back in.

2. Uninstall the game then reinstall the game.

I also suggest reporting this issue to the game developers of Saints Row.
