As I said, you haven't been charged for the system so there is nothing to refund. You were charged for the controller if that shipped

Nope no shipping from it it just says canceled only thing that shipped out of all of it was my xbox controller but xbox console was taking too long in pending that I decided cancel that part of the order so I wasn't sure if it's gonna be refunded

if it hasn't shipped then you weren't charged, what you see is a test charge

Unfortunately, users on the Xbox One version of the game can't play with those on the Xbox Series S/X version. Since games can't be exchanged and FIFA 23 doesn't have an upgrade option, your best option would be to request a refund for your purchase and get the Series S/X version instead.

You can still play the Xbox One version of the game, but I'm afraid you will not get the best gaming experience possible considering the console you are using. In addition to this, you will not be able to play online with users who are playing on the Series S/X version.
