I've bought a game on my xbox 360 but when I try download it it says failed can't download

Yes, there's something wrong with Portal: Still Alive. I've bought it ages ago on Xbox 360 and had downloaded it to my Xbox One and even played it after it was made backward compatible.

Today when I tried to play was giving me the error like I hadn't a license for it (can't remember it exactly something like pop in the disc or if you've bought it download it from the store), and when I deleted it to try to download it again, it's not showing
on the Ready to Install list and there's no download button on the Store page.

On marketplace.xbox.com it says Already purchased, but on store.xbox.com it says Bundle only, and if I click it, it takes to the "Customers who played this game, also played these" section of the page. So basically I can't download it again anymore to my
Xbox One.

Yes it is on the 360. And no, there are no incomplete or corrupted files there. Every time it fails, I delete the failed download and try again. Up to 11 times now and still no playable game. I bought it in December when it was 1200 points, just waited to
download it until 2 weeks ago. Getting ready to give up and call them and complain about it again. As a gold member it pisses me off that Microsoft can't get these bugs out of it when they upgraded XBox-Live again. Every time they change it this happens.

Having the same issues myself. Recently bought a 360 to play some games that aren't backwards compatible and I can't get my profile downloaded onto the console. I get the same error saying my credentials aren't correct. I can log in fine on my series X and the xbox website. I've turned reccuring billing off and on and turned 2 step off and on and still can't get my profile downloaded to the 360 console.

hi, same here. Xbox 360+250G hard disk. Still over 100G space free. But the Bioshock download will stop around 70%...Tried dozen times, all failed. Sometimes, it just says "Can't download Bioshock"

I have bought some other full games and demos, no problem at all....what's wrong with Bioshock?
