I bought Madden 19 and Fifa 19 as bundle. But madden 19 does not start downloading.

Try this:

It's not there and the only way i can go to the madden 19 in the store is by going throug the bundles it doesn't even show up as a game when i search.

Check the Ready to Install section of your Games and Apps and see if it will allow you to download it from there.

I have seen other reports saying that owned copies of Madden 19 are having this issue.

Are you by chance in the Insider Program? Have you tried looking in your ready to install list?
