I want to convert my Microsoft Rewards points to Xbox points.

I have 120,205 Xbox account points and they need to be transferred to Microsoft points so that I can use them on the Xbox Store, but they are not being show on Reward.Xbox.com under my rewards.

Microsoft store purchases not rewardable or rewarded?

Hi,

I've recently purchased a new Xbox One console and Gears 4 from the Microsoft store. I was wondering whats up with receiving points when using the Microsoft store? I was under the impression you received so many points per dollar spent, but I seem to have
not been rewarded at all. If not, how does the reward system work when using the store?

Hello vicchow17,

Purchases from the MicrosoftStore.com are not eligible for MyVIP. The only way to currently get Rewards for those purchases is from our MicrosoftStore.com pre-order offer. That offer awards pre-order purchases with Credits which appear as pending 15 days
after the shipment date.

Yes. Under your stats on the MyRewards section of the Rewards site will show you what tier you are. Also the MyVip page of the site.

What are MyVIP Gems?

MyVIP Gems are a new way to be rewarded for engaging in Xbox Live Rewards and your Xbox in addition to Rewards Credits. You can earn gems for completing a MyChallenge or offer, clicking on an email, spending in the Microsoft Store, or as a Reward for
a MyVIP Perk like improving your Gamerscore, celebrating a birthday or anniversary, or reaching a new MyAchievements tier. And this is just the start, as we’ll be adding even more ways to earn gems in the future.

Most importantly, you’ll use your MyVIP Gems to get prizes from the MyVIP Vault. You can trade them in as soon as you have enough for a prize, or save them for something big… the choice is up to you.

We believe the method you are referring to is the 2 Gems per 1000 Gamerscore increase, listed under
G. Earning MyVIP Gems:

Like most of our program, it should take up to 96 hours for us to receive and process any change to your Gamerscore.

If by "gears packs" you mean buying the card packs for unlockables, then those are not rewarded under MyVip rules. The items that do not qualify for MyVip are pre-orders, in-game consumables (gears packs), and subscription purchases.

A staff member will review your account just to make sure there are no other issues. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work on weekends.
