    I've been waiting for replacement parts since September...


    my series X was bundled with a elite 2 controller. I had to send the controller in for repair and when it was returned my toggles and Dpad were missing. I wasn't till December 5 that I finally received an empty box and immediately contacted both xbox and ups about it. since then I spoken with someone at xbox once a week that as LITERALLY feed me the EXACT same scripted lines about how they have escalated my claim and will personally be making sure im taken care of... not single one of those people have updated me on my claim or returned any if my emails... at this point I feel like xbox is just going to give me the run around till my warranty runs out in a couple months.

    it makes no sense how long this has taken. or how God awful xbox support call centers are. rather than send me my parts xbox would rather rising losing me as a customer. after this experience ill definitely never be being an luxury items from xbox if any ever again after this experience.

    Instructions for packing controllers to send back do state not to send anything else with them as they are not guaranteed to be returned.

    not sure what your point is but if xbox agreed to replace my parts I should have received my parts... I shouldn't be waiting 4 months and getting the run around.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).
