    My son was incorrectly charged for vbucks in December, I’ve been waiting since then for a refund. It has been excepted but I can’t find anywhere to discuss this as surely it should of been processed by now?

    There were issues with the refund software during November and December, which is why you have not had a refund yet. Everyone who was accepted for a refund should get one soon.

    Microsoft Xbox Refunds may take several business days, it depends on which payment method you used.
