If the refund was approved by Xbox more than 5 business days ago (taking into account that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not business days), and you have received an email notifying you of the approval, then please respond to that email. This is the only way to get back in touch with the team that originally handled your refund request.

However, if you haven't received any email notification of your refund approval, you should contact Xbox Support directly for further assistance. They are the only ones who can help you with this problem.

like I said I’ve been doing that for over a month, this is my last resort seeing as how y’all don’t give a damn

After doing some reading it’s has to do with iOS 16 update. Idk if it’s on apples end or Microsoft’s end I don’t even know how to ask them to look into it. I’ve sent them emails but I don’t even think they pay attention. iOS 16 has been out for a little while and it really has only been an issue with the new update

i did it today I’m on Xbox one and I’ve contacted ea and they said to reach out after 24 hours if you still don’t have it but all I’ve seen is that they don’t help

I have the same issue and I do not know the account email. I’ve been being charged for so long and I have spent hours on the site unable to reach a person bc I don’t have the email. Please lmk how I can make it stop.
