I understand that you have an issue with your Games wherein it closes automatically in Xbox One S. Let’s work together in finding the best resolution to this issue.

For me to better understand the issue, I’d like to ask a few questions:

• When did this issue happened?
  
• What are the changes made to the computer prior of having the issue?
  

Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

• Check for updates: Make sure your Xbox One S is up to date with the latest system updates and game updates. To do this, go to Settings > System > Updates & downloads.
  
• Clear cache: Clearing the cache on your Xbox One S can help resolve issues with games crashing. To do this, press and hold the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds. Once the console has turned off, unplug the power cord from the back of the console and wait for 10 seconds. Then, plug the power cord back in and turn on the console.
  
• Reinstall the game: Uninstall the game and then reinstall it from the Microsoft Store. This can help resolve issues with game files that may be causing the game to crash.

So, my games such as: COD:Black Ops 3, Fortnite, and GTA 5 have not been tracking my playtime for about 2 weeks. I’ve heard it could be due to the pandemic but im not sure. For example, the COD game has been saying “18d 23h 34m” for the entire 2 weeks,
although I’ve been playing it. If anyone could give answers or anything that would be great.

You know, not every game genre is for everyone. For me, I cannot play Fortnite or Apex Legends due to my mental health unable to take the pressure of battle royale games. It happens.
