I've been trying to reset my game but my nat type keed saying it's unavaliable

-Are you on Xbox, or PC?
-Can you check if your NAT type changes when you connect your device to a different internet source, like a mobile hotspot?
-What potential fixes you tried to fix this inconvenience?

My nat type is going unavaliable aswell

Likely that your university does not support gaming devices on their network. You do not need to be a computer scientist to get this to work. When you are a supplied network that person or entity can control what does or does not function on the network.

Try to find the network administrator(s) and make friends with one to see if they can help you out.

our Ambassador has suggested.

Teredo is a networking protocol that’s used to establish secure communications between clients and servers, and to facilitate connectivity between devices behind routers that use network address translation
(NAT). Without a Teredo IP address, you’ll be unable to use party chat or do multiplayer gaming on Xbox Live. Generally, this is a setting in your router that can be toggled
on/off; however, as you're using the university's network, it would be located where ever they have the main hub.

Once you speak to them concerning this, I would recommend using the Xbox One Multiplayer Connection
Error Solution to troubleshoot further should you continue to recieve errors.
