    I've tried entering the code on my Xbox 360, the Xbox App, Xbox.com and the Xbox Console Companion. All of them don't work..

    The Xbox 360 says the code is invalid, the Xbox App keeps saying that "this code wasn't found-try re-entering it" (same goes for the Xbox Console Companion) and Xbox.com just says that I have to redeem the code on a different webpage.

    P.S. There were special instructions that came with it, but I followed them and yet I am getting these errors.

    i found with cd keys that WW codes do not work in the UK only the EU ones do, not EU as the useless organisation that is, but Europe itself.

    Hi, I've contacted the CDKeys Customer Support and they told me to send screenshots of the errors. Once I did that, they told that they will respond in about 24 hours. So, I guess I just have to wait?

    Also, I have redeemed the code through the Xbox sites and it doesn't work..

    Best to contact CD Keys customer service as you've tried pretty much everything.

    You may of bought a code from a different region.

    Been using cd keys for years now & never had an issue with them but a friend bought a code from them once that was from the wrong region (his mistake) & they replaced it with no issues.
