I’ve been trying to manually put in port 3074 but it won’t let me. How do I get it to work?

May I know why you want to use that port? I believe that's one of the ports for port forwarding method where we have to setup on your router.

Are you trying to enter that through your Xbox network settings? As far as I know, we cannot enter that manually since there are only selection of ports list we can choose from.

If you choose to open the ports manual, use these...

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

If that is not working, uPnP only should be working. Let us know how it goes...

Port forwarding one and putting the other in the DMZ won't solve the problem, which is that both the 360 and One use the same port (3074). You can only forward a specific port (3074 in this case) to one internal IP. DMZ is just another way of forwarding
ports--essentially it just forwards to the specified IP ALL ports not otherwise already forwarded via manual setting, UPnP, etc. (DMZ should be used only as a last resort for that reason). Thus, when you manually forward a port to one IP, that port will
not (cannot) be DMZ forwarded to another IP. If you can't get UPnP to work, then you could try something I wouldn't normally recommend, which is to manually setup the required port forwards to a specific LAN IP then manually assign that same LAN IP to both
your 360 and One. This is not normally a good idea; but as long as you avoid having the 360 and One powered on at the same time, it should work.

I understand your concern. You should be able to sign in the same Microsoft account on mobile. What error do you get when you try to sign in your account? Please make sure you are entering the correct email and password.

Try to check if your Microsoft account will work on Xbox.com

I suggest you use Port Triggering to allow for the XBox live ports to be opened.. the ports to port trigger are as follows: 53, 80, 88, 3074. Respectfully speaking, once you have set the ports to trigger you shouldn't have any more issues with your NAT
type, but then again, that is not always the case, give this a try and see how if it works and let me know
