To create an account, you can sign up through https://signup.live.com

Once done there, you can setup your Xbox profile on https://account.xbox.com website.

You could try to use a different device or internet browser.

yeah i've been trying to redeem my codes for like a week but i keep getting errors... seems like they aren't even trying to do anything since the status page says that everything is normal

Trying to update through my xbox in live I get the well known error 83820070. The live account billing summary just asks to go and buy something from XBOX live !!! I can't believe that such a bug is unresolved after all this time. I've been having these
issues since the beginning when I created this account with microsoft. Just to note, It is not a hotmail account but uses a gmail mail but that shouldn't be a problem according to MS.

Ummm eheh this is going to make me look stupid but I've kind of forgotten the password to my hotmail acount for my TitsnRainbows account and I've tried everything the help page has suggested to get it back. It's just I created that email account solely for

Starting the 3rd week with the same problems with the social page. When I try to go into the social page to send/receive gifts, the page is slow to paint, at which point I get disconnected, or, the page paints and then I get disconnected. Created a 2nd user
Tag in Bingo. Have not experienced the same issues with the new account. Seems to be possibly related to my initial account.

I've been using it for 13 months.
