I’ve been suspended for four days..

It’s my first offense I didn’t know . I’m suspended for four days starting yesterday.😢

This is why its best to not respond and simply block and report people like that because it doesnt matter how a situation starts.

If you break the code of conduct (which from what you are saying, you did) then you can also be suspended.

I totally understand what you are feeling. With regards to enforcement action or suspension, there is a dedicated team who can view it which is the Enforcement team and they are the only ones to decide what will happen with the suspension.

They don't have any live support but you may check via https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-onli... and sign in to your account to see if you can somehow appeal. For the appeal, it is usually available only for suspension longer than 24 hours. I suggest to check out the page, if it is just a communication ban then you may still play with your friends but you wouldn't be able to use chat or communication feature so long as the comms ban is active.

Well, I’ve been suspended because someone was disrespecting me plus stocking me and I told the guy a bad word and I didn’t know that you could say that you know I don’t know how my supposed to know that so I’m suspended for four days and I did a appeal explain my situation what happened and I’m just praying they let it go and give me another chance because I’ve been playing that game for so long

So basically, because I’ve only been suspended for 2 days, nobody at Microsoft can help me and I’ve essentially been locked out of my social features for two days with no reason. Great
