    I've been stuck on pending for weeks now. How can I fix this?


    Hey guys I need help. I enrolled to the beta ring awhile back and when I tried enrolling into the alpha ring and it updated but since then it's only said pending. it's been a few weeks now and I'm wondering if there's a way to fix this?

    Flaw in the reputation system

    I've been stuck in this boat for over a week now.

    I have spent hours a night playing various games and have probably encountered 5000+ new players.

    We need a fix!

    THIS IS RIDICULOUS

    I do not understand how it can take Microsoft this long to fix a subscription bug in the system. Everyone is just trying to get on Xbox Live and have fun, but we can't exactly do that now can we? I understand it'll take a while to fix this, but if they can
    fix most bugs in the system, why does it take so long to fix this problem? I've been waiting a week now to try and Redeem my 12 Month Subscription, but I can't and now I'm stuck offline just like a lot of other people with almost nothing to do. Hopefully this
    can get fixed soon, so everyone doesn't have to spam the forums with the same bug that they have had for over a week now.
