    I've been robbed of my daily rewards!!!

    I have been locked out of my daily rewards for 4 days! Please correct this problem. Why, when you finally reach level 51, does it cost more for keys in France? The tickets required have doubled and the tickets needed to play extra
    balls has gone up to approximately 5 times the amount prior to reaching level 51. You can't possibly build up your tickets that much. Reaching that level was a major achievement and it feels like in order to play now, one has to pay.

    Sorry for the issue with the purchases. You can go to the website to fill out the

    refund request form    . If you are unable to do it on the website you can then
    Contact support    . Also the refund if eligible will go back to the payment instrument that was used. So if a credit/debit card was used it will go back to that. If you had currency on your account and that was used it will go back on your account. The refund
    can only be done one of them two ways. We on the forums are unable to provide refunds.

    I've had this EXACT problem numerous times with this frakkin' game!!!

    At least 3 separate times I've been robbed of hours of gameplay.
