    Can you find the game in your purchase history and the purchase status is ''completed''?

    If so, clean your console's MAC and try playing again.

    Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

    If the problem persists, click with the minus button on the game icon and go to manage game and add-ons, click on the game again and see if there is any pack to be installed.
