    I've been permanently ban and It doesn't show on my enforcement history why


    I was ban last night at 10 pm no contact to let me know why and I wasn't doing or saying anything inappropriate and was only playing fifa 22 when this happened I've tried numerous too contact yourself and get you to contact me but I Need to select an account to talk to someone and doesn't bring the account up for me too select, I've tried to look at enforcement history and it says my last violation was July last year and nothing since then I've lost all my games 500 pounds worth and was game sharing with my son so now he has no games to play if I don't get a answer within 24 hours I will be selling my old and new xbox consoles and buying PlayStation

    The enforcement site has been having this issue for a couple of days. Most likely the suspension is not actually permanent, but just a default message that is showing for everyone who receives a suspension right now.

    Me as well, I decided a permanent ban and it doesn't show why I was banned I tried digging deeper to find out why I was permanently banned on January 16 2022 . I was going to contact an enforcement member but it wouldn't work, it says sign in but when I click on it, it just refreshes the page. If you can get both of these fixed I would greatly appreciate it. I was also trying to submit a case review but since my permanent ban never showed up in my enforcement history a I could not get a appeal in. If a member can reach out to me I would greatly appreciate it, Thank you.

    hello, my xbox account has been permanently banned from xbox live nor can I login to the account, Ive been suspended before but it has been months and I checked enforcement history and its doesnt show why ive been permanently banned, ive done nothing to break the rules to get banned and Id really love to have my account back, ive been a loyal customer and ive spent hundreds of dollars and had the account for a few years, its really annoying that ive been banned permanently for no reason and I lost everything and many friends that I had for years, so can someone please unban my account and give me back everything, my gamertag is Ehlmz.

    How many suspensions until a permaban?

    There's no set number of suspensions that will lead to a permanent ban. You can get a permanent ban without having any prior suspensions. Or you can get 5 suspensions and then get a permanent ban.

    They recently updated/moved the enforcement site and I think it's had some issues. It doesn't necessarily mean your enforcement history is clean.
