    I've been locked out of my Xbox account and can't recover it


    I wanted to play some games on my console where I was told that my account had been locked.

    The account was made for me by someone else and I don't know enough of the information to recover it.

    All I know is that I'm on the end of my rope.

    xbox one account help

    I added one year gold membership and recently got locked out of my account and can't recover it. I created a new account and have Xbox live but no gold membership. Any suggestions?

    I got the same problem but for me they permantly suspended my account ofr my secuirty because i've been hacked but now i recover it. i made 3 forms but my account is still Locked :/

    @isturbo1984 Does this mean that the corrupting thing with the profiles will be fixed? Ever since I've heard about those I've been terrified to even recover my gamertag on anyone's profile. So will this mean that accounts can't corrupt anymore?

    Help cancelling a Minecraft Realms Subscription, locked out of account

    Can't sign in... can't change the password (the recover info was changed by hackers (you'd think they could see that...), can't recover the account (recovery information changed by hackers). I've spent 40+ hours following links, filling out forms to be stonewalled over and over.

    And should accounts be locked when in this situation? It's been nearly 6 weeks and the account has never been locked. I've had 3 cases thus far which have been solved but I haven't received any email from xbox whatsoever. I'm guessing the xbox fraud team
    or whatever is sending out the email to the primary email on the account. :\
