can anyone tell me why im in suspension notice how so you get out of it . i dont know why im in the suspension of anything . i cant chat or message my name is Microsoft .

hi ive got banned from sending messages to my friends and cant talk in party chat with them.

ive been banned for no reason as i dont send messages to anyone but only my mates.

im always in a party with them as im never in game chat. so i was wondering why ive got the ban?

ive been banned and i dont know why

i was banned from being reported but i literaly did nothing if this is going to continue im going to be very annoyed because i have played for 3 years and pay more then $150 a year on microsoft equipment

today i just found out that a Notice of enforcement from the enforcement team. dont know why as ive not played a online game or chatted to anyone for the last 2 months the only person been playing online is my wifes brother how was staying for the last 3
months.

yes the xbox support team as completely useless when it comes to this.

Cant contact them untill 24 hours after notice to find out your suspension or ask for a review.

they have no right in doing this but what can you do.

go to enforcement.xbox.com and press check my xbox.

it takes a min and then it goes back to front page and tells you.

Im having the same issue. I cant delete messages. When i send them they dont show up in my recents. I dont recieve any kessages till like 2 days later. Rn its monday and im just now recieving my messages from saturday Ive tried hard reset. Deleting
account. And all the messages that do come in only come in message request. Not the normal messages section. Been like this for 3 days.

I dont see the link she shared but yes Ive done support chat but they say wait 60 days or pay for it and I dont have the means to pay for it as I just bought $30 worth of gold and cant redeem it now
