Discus and support i've been hacked in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; i can't recover my account because it wants me to recover using an old email account i no longer use. is there any way i can fix this?... Discussion in 'XBoX Accessibility' started by jasontoe, Oct 13, 2023.

    Like they want me to except these suspensions but I am not accepting them because it was proven that they did not come from me I talk to Xbox live support today and they determined they ran my IP address and they found that they came from somewhere totally
    different but im still banned

    To check your suspension go to xbox enforcement page. If you think you were hacked you should report this at xbox support.

    I'm sorry that your account has been hacked, the only way to recover your account is by contacting support directly or filling out the account recovery form.

    as I said before, Xbox Live Support can't help with enforcement.

    go to https://enforcement.xbox.com/ and sign in with the suspended account to see if you can apply for a case review.

    Contact xbox support they will be able to cheak this. Dies not seem right to me xbox would never spam message like that.
    Xbox Support can't help with Enforcement actions.

    only the Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team can review a case and change the decision..
