I’ve been hacked

I’ve been recently hacked and someone is on my account and I don’t know who and they got me communication banned can you guys please unbanne me very soon thank you .

I’ve been banned

Hello There! 2 days ago I was playing Sea Of Thieves with an Old Friend of mine, I got asked by a person if they could play with us, & I said “Sorry Mate, playing with an old friend” so he cussed me out then threatened to report me, I told him okay, why?
& I get no response, now here’s the problem, I turned of my Xbox to take a break & about an hour later, I get back on Xbox, & I notice, it didn’t automatically sign in so I thought, um okay that’s different so i signed in, & then I get the message telling
me I have been banned from Text Chat & Voice chat as well as other things such as streaming etc for a WEEK, why have I been banned I have not done anything to harm anyone or Xbox Themselves. Please help me!

It will have all information on what to do in specific situations etc.

Regarding the communication ban:

I'm afraid nobody in the forums will be able to assist regarding enforcement related issues or questions.

You will have to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com for any information and possible options.

 

Unfortunately you are responsible for all actions done on your account as far as xbox is concerned but please follow WPAK's advice on recovering your account at https://support.xbox.com/my-account/security/compromised-account-solution
and then you can try a case review here https://enforcement.xbox.com/e... as that's the only way to ask about suspensions or bans. Xbox support and us here on the forums can't help with
suspensions/bans.
