I am sorry to hear that.

To fix this you need to delete some of your saves.

Not just from Baldur's Gate III, but in general.

When this happened to me I deleted old saves from games that create multiple save slots, like Fallout, Skyrim, The Witcher 3, etc.

I tried clearing the local first, but it wasn't enough, but, please, try it first if you haven't done it.

Go to Settings > System > Storage > Clear local saved games

If that does not work, try the method I mentioned before.

On Home, select My Games & apps > See all > Games.

Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, then select Manage Game & add-ons.

Select the Saved data box, then choose the item you want to delete.

Select Delete Everywhere.

This worked for me.

ive been having this trouble for 2 days now , done wat matey said above and it didnt work,, also because of this i cant play my games coz it cant find the saves ,, wats appenin???

As of now i am locked out on both systems. I cant move the data or delete it from the 360 it says "items on another xbox are waiting to be uploaded" Then i go to the xbox one and try to run the game and it says the same error. I have gone back and forth
a few times. I also started a new game on the 360 and saved it on the hard drive. I then moved this data to the cloud, overriding the cloud saved data, and then went back to the xbox one again and got the same error. Also because you cant delete the cloud
saved data i cant start a new game on the xbox one or select a save device without getting that error.

ive already called you guys and it was no help he told me to reset my xbox and i lost all of my profiles, games, save data, and game share data, and i need this data back and i cant get it back
