Discus and support I’ve been getting error code 0x800705b4 when looking at certain dynamic backgrounds in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I get this error code on my Xbox series x whenever I look at the world of tanks dynamic background, and happens half the time when looking at the two...     I’ve been getting error code 0x800705b4 when looking at certain dynamic backgrounds


    I get this error code on my Xbox series x whenever I look at the world of tanks dynamic background, and happens half the time when looking at the two dragon age veilguard backgrounds. Every other background works I have restarted and power cycled my Xbox I think it might be an issue with just those backgrounds since all the other ones work completely fine is there anything I can do to fix the others or should I just wait for next update.

    Thanks. In that case please install the Xbox Insider Hub if it isn't already and report it as a bug.

    I got the report a problem on my Xbox I’ll go ahead and report it thanks for the help I forgot that was a feature I had to redownload it since I haven’t used it after switching to a new console.

    The issue is still there I think it might be a glitch with those backgrounds the dragon age ones work sometimes the world of tanks one jsut doesn’t work at all. I am able to access all the other ones even the ones that are more taxing like senuas. I think it started after the recent update.

    Hello ShinyNut, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

    I see you've already tried a few things without success. Please check this Support page https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/errors/erro... for more tips on resolving the problem.

    In the meantime though please try powercycling the console by holding the power button for 10 seconds till it shuts down then unplug it for 5 minutes. During this time unplug your modem/router for at least 60 seconds to clear any possible issues there. When the internet is back up and running try again.
