    I've been getting charged for Minecraft realms for 2 years and had no idea


    So today I was looking through my order history and saw Minecraft realms was being charged each month for 7.99 for the realms plus membership. I've only played Minecraft once and only played it for a day or two into I got bored. I never purchased the realms membership and in the subscriptions tab on my Xbox, there was no Minecraft realms subscription showing. I haven't even had Minecraft downloaded since I last played it two years ago. It turns out the only way to cancel it was to reinstall the game where it then showed me that I had a subscription being charged every month. This has added up to over $250 for a subscription on a game that I've only played once and didn't even have downloaded. I know it's my fault for not catching it earlier but is there anything I can do in order to fill the void that it has left in my wallet?

    I do not see the current recurring charge listed at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ currently there's no history of that charge ever being made, but I know it used to be on there as I've had Minecraft Realms for well over a year. The only charges listed are the two new charges I had to make to regain access to my realm.

    After checking my girlfriend's subscription history we found the payment history is now on her account somehow. She also does not currently have access to any realms on minecraft, and she's never had a realm. The realm in question has alway been under my name, I'm listed as the owner, and it worked for over a year with no problems. Now I'm still paying for it but no one has access to it.

    All subscriptions have been cancelled and refunds have been requested. I guess we'll see what happens.

    Hello, I have been paying for a subscription i had no Idea I was paying for. Its been almost 2 years of transactions and i wish to refund everything.
    Sorry to say but they wont refund 2 years worth of subscription charges.

    Depending on how long ago the most recent charge was they may possibly refund the 1 most recent charge but thats about all they might refund.

    Minecraft, Relms not supported

    I've been playing on Minecraft Realms with a couple of friends. Yesterday I suddenly couldn't sync user data and when I went to load a world there was a 'Realms not supported' error in the box for loading Realms. Any Idea on how to fix this. I
    also have Minecraft loaded on my PC and have no issues on it.

    Tried to buy a realm on mc with my fiance, website threw two error messages, but still got charged twice.

    Check it out on My Profile (minecraft.net) If you've got Minecraft Realms it shows up there

    There is a free trial for Minecraft Realms when you first subscribed

    If you were charged twice, contact Minecraft Support (not Microsoft Support) to get your refund
