    Xbox Communications ban

    I feel my account was unfairly communication banned. I have never been reported before and I’ve got more than a one day ban for a first time offense.

    Sorry to hear it. If you were suspended you'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason for the action and open a case review with the PET.

    All reports are investigated.

    Probably something did happen, otherwise you wouldn't receive a ban.

    You can always submit a case review on http://enforcement.xbox.com

    If the ban wasn't correct, the case review should sort it out for you.
