I've stopped receiving reward points

Hi

Has something gone wrong somewhere? I've been a reward user since 2012 and my rewards stopped being added in 2014. In 2014 I had to cancel my Xbox live subscription for a year or so. I'm back on Xbox live gold yearly sub and my rewards have stopped being
added.

I know you get them for specific things each month and I've been doing them, but the points have not been added since 2014

Is there a reset button anywhere? I still receive a monthly statement to tell me how many reward points I have received this month, however it's always zero

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

We see multiple Credit and Deposit events on your account. You can review these events from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, sorted by lifetime. For example, we see that your last deposit occurred on February 28th. You can confirm this deposit as
currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. We see that your February payback is currently pending deposit (we only automatically
deposit at 5000 or more pending Credits). If you are asking about your March payback, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

I've been with xbox & xbox live since 2003 & do not expect or want live to be free.

I've been getting my groceries from the same supermarket for the past 8 years,does that mean I should ask to get my shopping for free now?

It sounds more like you're needing assistance with th e Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox Rewards Program. If that is the case, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

Otherwise, there have not been any offers to receive credits for purchasing hardware through the Xbox Rewards Program.

You've been told how to remove a gold subscription.

If you mean get rid of gold altogether & make xbox live free then it's not going to happen.

The subscription fee pays for a lot of things that make xbox live secure & run smoothly although there are hiccups every now & then but that is to be expected.

A 12 month sub is extremely cheap if you shop around.You can also sign up for Microsoft Rewards if it's available in your country & get a gold sub for free.

I used PSN when that was free & trust me,you do not want xbox live to be like that.
