Support is not able to assist with enforcement issues.

You will have to go to enforcement.xbox.com to see your enforcement history and if there is an option for a case review on the communications ban. Console bans are not given out lightly and are not able to be reviewed. You can go here to learn more about account and console suspensions.

Hi, from what i read on other articles they don’t tell u how long you’ve been banned on console bans, they only tell you on an account ban. I payed so much for my console and it’s not like i have so much money anyways i had to work and save money for mine, and it hurts so much to see all that money goes to waste now i can’t do anything on my console and i just want to know how long I’ve been banned for

I don’t have another console or pc to try it on and yes it’s only this game, I’ve been cloud playing games for a while and I’ve never had any disconnection problems.

Oh yea, I’ve been doing it on Xbox.com. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Like said, the “save” button doesn’t work for me.
