    I’ve been Consol band from a hacker and now I can’t sign into Xbox live or access any of my games I’ve downloaded or bought I bought over $1000 in games on Xbox what do i do? who do I talk to?

    You need to appeal any enforcement action within 12 months of receiving it.

    As mentioned,yours is from 2019 so it's not eligible for a appeal.

    If everything meant so much to you then why wait over 2 years to try & appeal the ban?

    If it was a console ban then they are not eligible for a appeal.

    Ok so youve added more info here...since Jan 2019 which is over a year now it wont be unbanned. If there is a future I would NOT let ANYONE play under my gamertag. Have it locked down where you need a code to login!!!

    Hello, first stop would be going to the enforcement website and see what it says there. Why do you state that it was from a hacker, what makes you think that? Are you able to log into your account?

    So what you’re saying is my hundreds and hundreds of dollars in games that I purchased are now gone? This is total BS in away. There something that Microsoft can do that’s a lot of money I spent.
