    2 payments went off from one game and no second refund

    okay so, let me explain i was charged twice for 1 game, then when i requested the refund i only got refunded once when i submitted the request i stated i wanted the refund for both charges and thus me not getting the game
    This is where it is confusing as you stated in your original post:

    "when this happened it charged me again but i got the game"

    So you are saying that you never received the game?

    That's odd. Would you please attempt to Request the refund again and see if you are receiving any specific messages.

    The charge is for Apex coins, twice at a cost of 7.19 each.

    I bought Apex coins on 20th but didn't receive them. I eventually received them yesterday, after several chats with EA. But on the 21st and again on 24th payments for 7.19 were taken from my paypal account for Apex coins. I only ordered them once.

    I truly apologies for this situation. May I ask you was the charge for a subscription, digital game or an add on? If it was a subscription, our live agents will be able to refund you for the charge. However, if it was a digital content, you will have to reply back to that email you received from the refund department and explain the situation for them as they are the only ones who can assist you with this matter.
