    is this a purchasing glitch?

    well the american express card i used was prepaid and i checked my card balance online and the balance was lower than it should have been if i had bought the game once. To make sure i looked on my recent purchases on my xbox account and it did say i bought
    the same game 4 times twice for $15.92 and twice for $5.30.

    Is it American express? Some times it just refuses to use it. My suggestion is to make a pay pal account with your credit card. I never had any trouble with pay pal account. Try remove and then add again your credit card. is it one from the list?
