    I am in South Africa and I recently( a few hours ago) purchased Xbox live off my Xbox, it has charged me for it and given me no product.

    Not to mention the fact that I am constantly trying to get in contact to get help and there’s nothing that does that.

    I have tried to request a call which always fails.

    I’ve tried to refund it off my account but it obviously isn’t reflected on there, so I don’t know what to do.

    I tried contacting the South African branch by phone call and it leads me back to the same request a call that does nothing.

    Does anyone have a way to help?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    First, kindly check if the transaction is successful. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, once confirmed, proceed on your subscription tab or via https://account.microsoft.com/services to ensure that it’s active. After making sure that it’s visible on your account let’s then remove and re-add it on your Xbox console to sync your data.

    REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

    ​​​

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

    2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

    3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

    4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    ADD ACCOUNT​​​

    ​​​

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

    2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new. ​​​

    3. Enter the Email address and the password.​​​

    4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

    5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​

    I was charged for some points on a game on an account that has no access to the game I was banned 2 years ago for my team name somehow I’ve been charged 35.99 for points I don’t even play that account for the game I’ve been charged idk where the charge has come from I wouldn’t buy it as I can’t even play with that account like

    It was a child account originally, I’ve been using it for a number of years now. I noticed the email problem when I signed up for Hulu on xbox and then was unable to access the account but I am still being charged for Hulu monthly. Just trying to receive
    recovery emails as well as updates on the reward points that I’ve spent on raffles.
