I've been charged and I canceled my subscription over 60 days and I'm still getting billed...

I'm trying to cancel fortnite crew and it's not even showing in my subscriptions to cancel but have been charged 11.99 for the past three months and the charges are in the billing history.

You're entitled to a refund of your most recent recurring billing charge if you cancel your subscription within 30 days after payment. Any previous charges or charges more than 30 days old cannot be refunded.

I do not see the current recurring charge listed at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ currently there's no history of that charge ever being made, but I know it used to be on there as I've had Minecraft Realms for well over a year. The only charges listed are the two new charges I had to make to regain access to my realm.

After checking my girlfriend's subscription history we found the payment history is now on her account somehow. She also does not currently have access to any realms on minecraft, and she's never had a realm. The realm in question has alway been under my name, I'm listed as the owner, and it worked for over a year with no problems. Now I'm still paying for it but no one has access to it.

All subscriptions have been cancelled and refunds have been requested. I guess we'll see what happens.

It's a scam. The error message is fake. I've tried multiple times in the last 6 months to cancel and here's what I've come up with:

Xbox Live does not let you cancel your subscription or remove a payment option, if you have an outstanding balance.

Xbox Live auto-renews your monthly subscription, but won't actually charge it. It will keep it "pending" until the next time it tries to auto-renew.

I went to account.xbox.com and it said I was charged and paid for my monthly xbox live service. But when I checked commerce.microsoft.com, it said the charge was still pending, 13 days later.

So essentially, you're ALWAYS with an outstanding balance, so you can't modify your payment options.

It took over 30 minutes with Customer Support to clarify this. I have still not been able to cancel my subscription.
