I’ve been calling back and fourth from verizon and a company who put a hold on my account. Called said company. They said they had no hold. It was on Verizon’s side. Called Verizon they said they couldn’t do anything it was on the other company’s side. So I’ve been running in a circle for weeks. No one knows what to do. Of course other company closes at 4pm Central time. I usually get home from work after then.

Have you already used up the 5 switches you can use within a 12 month period? If so you will have to wait 12 months from the first time you switched.

No I’ve used just one Xbox console. Is there anyone to call every time I go to Xbox support it says their chat and call line are not available? I just purchased a game before I reset my console and if I can’t get into my account I’ll have to call my bank to try to get my refund? That’s crazy no one is available to talk to to try to retrieve my old information.

Yeah it doesn’t let me add a third verification option. It only sends me to account recovery which doesn’t work thanks to 2FA. Just curious if you guys can’t help then who can? I’ve tried Microsoft support and they also sent me to account recovery. I haven’t been able to get on the phone with them since when I call or try to get access to a call it says that texts and calls aren’t supported for this issue. Is there any way this can be solved? I just want to re-gain access to an old account.
