I’ve been botted

    I’ve been botted


    Upwards of 2000 bot accounts have added me in a matter of minutes. I’m wondering if there is a way to fix this.

    How to manage online safety.

    Sign in to your Microsoft account at Xbox.com.

    Select your gamertag, and then select the More actions button (…).

    Select Xbox settings, and then select Privacy & online safety.

    Note Because you're accessing sensitive info, you may have to enter your password or PIN.

    Select either the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety tab or the Privacy tab.

    Review the current settings and update any that you want to change, and then select Submit to save the changes.

    Note You must select Submit at the bottom of the page before leaving or switching to another tab. If you don't submit the changes before you move to the other tab, your changes won't be saved.

    Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Privacy & online safety > Xbox privacy.

    Select the Child, Teen or Adult default settings, or customise your settings by selecting View details & customise.

    Review the categories that are provided to determine what level of privacy you want to set for your account.

    I’ve just been reporting them and asking my friends to do the same. Bot accounts like those really can taint the community
