I've been billed for content, yet not received said content.

Hello, i've just experienced a pretty bad issue.

I tried purchasing some FIFA Points on FIFA 15 for XBOX ONE. The first few times didn't work properly, it just kept getting past the payment stage, and then it would come up with a message along the lines of 'Xbox store content cannot be accessed at the
moment'

Thinking that it was just a general network error with xbox being a little bit glitchy all day today I tried it a few more times, kept receiving the same message. I then played a game, and the purchase worked straight away. Problem solved? I think not.

I then received my hourly email notification on my phone, only to be shocked to see that I had been billed for every single failed transaction, to a total of £68.35!!! (Not including the succesful transaction)

This is a list of the failed transactions;

If anyone could please point me in the right direction to having this fixed I would be highly grateful! I have checked my online banking and the money has been withdrawn there also.

Dont starve will go out one Xbox? Or sony once again took advantage of us? Even when Microsoft will let ra sony stick with the best content? We will always stay with what remains, such as the watch dogs that has not been released yet and is already being
billed as the ps4 will have two more hours of content?

Lego Avengers Season Pass not loading

I've just purchased the Lego Avengers 'Season Pass' DLC pack, received the billing confirmation email, but the content isn't appearing in the game.

Not sure what to do next?

Usually the new characters etc just appear in the game. I got an xbox live confirmation on screen which said the content had been successfully downloaded.

But nothing.

Am I able to get a refund, or better still, the purchased content?

I believe this is happening because there isn't any content in this DLC yet. It's a bit confusing, but the content it's going to be staggered over the course of 4 months. So technically it is working, there's just nothing to download in-game from this yet.
You'll receive it as soon as the content becomes available.

As I can't get Shadowkeep yet, I've been focusing on getting some of the other content done, or at least taking part in other content. I'm a fan of gambit. And loved Forsaken's story. Can't wait to get Shadowkeep though!

i found what the problem is neverwinter add on content wasn't rated yet it said on xbox app unrated and onigiri said the samething add on content as well and dosen't have rateding on the right on my xbox one on add content all the other games right have
rated not neverwinter ir onigiri adds on content.
