I've been banned permanently for "offensive conduct" yet I've never been suspended...

thank you so much for the help, I've contacted them and been informed its only a 7 day ban and that it'll be fixed by the 22nd at the latest

How did you get in contact with them? I can’t see to work out the support site. Did you call them or do a web chat?

Hey I’m wondering how I’m supposed to get signed in to receive a call. I’m having the same problem as everyone else here. I got a permanent suspension but it won’t let me sign in to call them. I push the sign in button and my page just refreshes. Any ideas on how to solve this

There's currently an issue with the enforcement site not showing current suspensions which means it's not possible to submit a case review at the moment. There is also an issue with the notification system for suspensions telling everyone they are permanently suspended, when it's actually a shorter suspension. You can try contacting support and they can tell you how long your suspension actually is, but they won't have any further information about the suspension.
