I’ve been banned by someone spam reporting me

Would be great to assist you on this one, but unfortunately no one here includong customer support is capable to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions.

Because is not possible to access to your account and enforcement details.

The only way to do it is via this site: https://enforcement.xbox.com/ there you can view your enforcement history or start a case review if applicable.

But there was no reason for the report someone has obviously reported me for a laugh and I’ve received the suspension and been denied the appeal and I’ve got to sit out a ban for 4 days even thought I did nothing wrong. Surely there’s a way to put some sort of second appeal though or someone I can talk to about it ?

I did but he was still Spamming after that report came in and I got Com Ban should that not take affect if he was still spamming I shouldn't be Com Ban if he Responds back after the message he reported me over that means I wouldn't be Com Banned

So in that Case that counted as Abuse of Player Reputation

Regardless of if he thought it was a threat or not that would of been Blocked since he Respond back in Spamming

If you send 1 or 2, probably not, but if you were to try spamming reports about someone or multiple people, then you can receive a ban for false reports.

Not everyone has been banned at some point. You can't spam reports to get someone banned. The enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive and will only issue a suspension if they determine you have done something to violate the code of conduct.
You can have a million reports filed against you and not get suspended.
