I've been a rewards member since 2011, but I have never received any Rewards Points?!?

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

Since you are a zero star member and have not been making any offer eligible purchases, you have not received any Credits for your purchases.

I have been a rewards member since 14, so I would think that since I am a rewards member that I was signed up for the points? it never stated that you had to do any extra things to get it......

it said if you are a Xbox rewards member if you purchase or download Gears of War or Tomb raider between the time frame you got 60,000 points and I did that......

That's great! I really appreciate it, I've spent so much money via the Xbox store over last couple of years and could never understand why I've never received any rewards, I've never even received an email regarding rewards but I've been signed up to rewards
for a good while now.

I've got 115 games on the Xbox one yet on my rewards it says I've spent £0. It also says I've been a member of rewards since ???

Is their any news on this case of mine? I've had no news and it's been almost 3 weeks since I opened this case.

Since I opened this case I've done 2 surveys for December and January on the rewards section, no reward points were received again, just those two surveys should of given me 500 points.

I've bought lots of stuff through the store over the last couple of years and I've never received any rewards, I feel like I'm losing out here and it's frustrating me!

I've just logged into my rewards profile and still have 0 points and 0 points pending, even though I've done the two recwnt surveys!

Any help on this would be really appreciated now, it's been three weeks and I'm getting nowhere, I've also got loads of xmas money I want to spend in the store but I'm not until I start getting the rewards I'm owed.

Could I get an Xbox support member to answer this request. Since October, I've never received rewards for completed quests.
