i want to know whats wrong with my account i never get rewards and ive been a member forever. ive bought the xbox one s gears addition and i get xbox gold every 3 months and i buy stuff all the time.

i been a rewards member since 12/31/16 I have repeatedly bought games on store unlocked achievements and yet never get any rewards

Hello Darth Kopter,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you were a zero star member, you did not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards). MyVIP payback
is calculated as a monthly whole and placed as pending midway through the following month, so it is too early to see your purchases for December.

I've been a member of the rewards program since 2010 and I've managed to get 795 points.

So getting 800 for signing up to the site for a silver member is amazing.

BongKaos if you read the OP he also asked " Lastly in my Xbox live rewards screen, it only says I have been a member since 12/30/2010. " This only refers to the age of the Xbox Live Rewards account and not Live tenure, so my answer IS correct. My Xbox Live
Rewards date is 12/14/2010. My Xbox Live Gold tenure is 11 years back to 07/2003. 2 totally different things and people who joined when Live Rewards was created will have similar dates.

I have been a rewards member from 2010, but it sucks if we have to wait when other platforms did not.
