Also, please try to test connecting your console to another network and check if the same problem occurs, you could configure your smartphone as a Mobile Hotspot and connect your console to that network.

Okay well like I said, the problem is that it can't find the parent account. I don't have a password so I don't know why you say the first one is mine. I sign in, it takes me to the terms of use, I press accept, it says that your parent account must accept
them, and then it says "Can not retrieve content from Xbox Live" and closes the pop up.

I have the exact same problem. I can see on my PC that I have Xbox Live Gold for 26 more days, but my Xbox One says I must purchase a subscription. Even If I try to do that it says my payment methods are conected to max accounts already?? As far as I know
they are only conected to the one.

I recently upgraded to gold but my rewards account wasn't recognizing it. So I haven't received points or credit for anything I've been doing for about a week. So, I contacted Xbox Live Rewards and they said there is a problem with my live account itself
that needs fixed first before they can fix my rewards. They did not know what nor say anything else besides that.

Why is the account suspended, that is the problem you must fix, if it is suspended, nothing will work with rewards until that is fixed.
