    Hi my name is mtha I've been experiencing some problems with my xbox. Every time I try to check my connection it says that there's a hardware problem and that I should visit xbox.com/xbox one/repair but it didn't work and every time I try to set up a wireless
    network it always says that I must unplug my network cable but I don't have one. I've had this problem for about a year now and if someone can come and help me at any time I would truly appreciate your assistance. Thank you for your time I truly appreciate
