    hey guys trying to see if there is a way to add my Xbox 360 gaming information to my Xbox One. Like is there a way to merge the accounts? Or have i lost all the time,achievements and gamerscore? Ok the worst part is i dont remember the email that goes
    to my old 360 account/profile. My 360 account has not been used in years. Iv been trying to find a way any help would be greatly appreciated.

    This forum is for the Xbox Live Rewards Program. They are unable to assist with other issues. You will want to post in the Xbox Live Support forum. However, there is no way to "lose" achievements. They are linked to your account and are not removable. There
    is no way to receive a code to retrieve achievements. You will want to contact your regional Xbox Customer Support if your account has been compromised.

    ive got the same problem on the 18th december 2017 i lost 91,000 gamerscore ive been unlocking achievements til it fixes but if ive been unlockeing achievements will that stop my score from going back to my normal score of 412,000 can anyone help
