ITV hub app votes

The LG looks good but the mrs wants the bbc and itv player built in to watch soaps unfortunately.

Both BBC iPlayer and ITV Hub are on Xbox One

BBC iPlayer is available on pretty much all Smart TV's. The ITV hub might be more tricky. My Sony Bravia Smart TV has ITV but it's locked behind YouView.

I've not used ITV hub on my TV via the built in app as to use it you need to tune in with a digital Ariel. Well at least you do initially. But my TV has a built in Chrome Cast, so I stream via my Android tablet or phone.

I can't say for sure whether the LG uses YouView, but my TV is running Android as its Operating System, the LG TV's have their own OS called WebOS.

Are you trying to add via the console or PC store?

Have you ever used this app on your Xbox before or is this the first time trying to get into the app?

Is that an error message you get from within the app or an Xbox error message? Does ITV have a cable box or is it just a service you can access through an app?

Possibly you may need to register your device with ITV since this is a third party service. If there is a cable box you would need to set it up through the OneGuide app.

I suggest also contacting
ITV Support just to see if they have any information with linking your Xbox with your ITV account.

But what you can do is suggest this comment in the specific channel, through the HUB app.

Or, on the microsoft social networks/forum.

It is sky that keep delaying building the xbox one version, Microsoft have no control over sky or ITV so they will develop thare apps as and when they want
