It's virtually impossible to request warranty tech support or replacement for a Xbox...

1 - I'm trying to set up a callback in Argentina to either get my Xbox One Wireless controller phisically checked (RB not working properly - have to press it hard to get detected, already updated drivers, it's a problem with either the plastic bumper or the interruptor switch below it), or either get it replaced as it's still under warranty until March 26th. However, when trying to request a callback, I only get the confirmation via automated chat bot that I'll be called, but that never happens. Tried multiple times, to no avail. The phone number is correct, tried typing it in different ways and the algorithm always converts it to te proper number . which is, as I said, correct. Just tried once again to set up a callback and now I'm getting a "You have reached the daily callback limit, please try again tomorrow" automated message. Yeah? How about calling me back once, for a change? Because I've placed multiple requests since yesterday and got zero callbacks.

2 - Tried placing a replacement request using the request form. I got a message saying you don't do physical replacements in my country and that I should get in touch with the seller for warranty - without even asking for a purchase receipt. So what's the deal? I can buy your products here, but I don't have the same customer rights as anyone else @ ROW?

3 - Tried calling myself to the phone described in the warranty booklet included in my controller's box, 0800 333 6020 (Xbox's number in Argentina). To no one's surpise, I got an automated message stating I should head over to xbox.com/help and continue from there. Yeah, no wonder, it's what I've done multiple times in step 1 and 2. Then it shuts the call down cold, with no further options. Disgusting.

4 - Tried registering my controller at https://account.microsoft.com/devices - Guess what, it's not working properly. When I enter the controller's S/N, it gets recognized as "Non-specificWesley". Even if I try ignoring that fact and try to place a service request, it asks for the S/N again, for a 2nd time. After that, I get a message saying "We can't continue with this request. To get assistance, Contact Us". And it leads to a link, https://support.xbox.com/es-AR/contact-us (basically the same site I've been crawling all day).

This is by far the worst experience I've ever faced trying to make use of a warranty due to a faulty product. I'd love to get some help, especially considering how frustrating all this process is, and with my warranty time window ending soon.
