its the 2nd of December and I havent recieved my 10500 xbox reward points!

my information is completely up to date, but it continues to say it needs updating, just bought final fantasy XV and was really looking forward to using my points to get a slight discount. fix this pleaaaaase

i havent recieved my rewards points for the last few months also just brought the beging of the month titanfall 2 and battlefield 1 deluxe edition bundle set for the 6000 rewards points and i havent recieved them and also been buying stuff on the dash board
for the last year and been doing surveys and havent had the reward points from that neither wats going one

On Nov 2nd I purchased free to play add ons for Freedom Rewards. My punchcard for the £3 a month has updated but I havent recieved points for the 18 pound spend and buying 3 pound on 3 games

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You should expect your deposit during the mid-month deposit this month, since your last Credit event occurred on November 25th.

Regarding your account information, you have a yellow "warning" light on your MyRewards page because we are detecting the emails we are sending to your account are not being received. Can you recall roughly when you last received an email from our program? We
are compiling a report on this new yellow warning feature and this information may aid the team which designed the warning.

I would like to stress that this "warning" is not affecting your account. Everything on it is working as expected. This warning triggered because we detected you were not properly receiving our communications. So while you may not be receiving our
emails, your account is still working just fine. Apologies for the alarm.
