It's the 15th today so why has my 15250 credits not been transferred?

When credits deposit is determined by when you get to 5,000 credits. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. So generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between
the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

The first deposit for this month took place on the 10th (there is not one scheduled for today). If your credits were pending after the 1st, they are scheduled to be deposited on the 24th.

Keep in mind credits are scheduled for deposit based on when they are earned. Generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next
month. So any credits that became pending after March 1 would not have been awarded in time for today's deposit.

I had 30,000 credits on the 3rd of March so they should all be deposited today correct

So if you had request a deposit earlier this month when you had 2,000 credits pending and then redeemed 5,000 credits from the vault, the 2,000 credits would have been deposited today, but the 5,000 credits would be scheduled for the deposit at the end of
the month.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000 they are automatically scheduled
for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month. Generally, if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

I have over 10,000 waiting, 5,000 of that has been processing since around the 23rd of Feb so I'm not sure why that hasn't been converted yet.
